Villa Misty Cliffs is an exquisite 3-bedroom villa situated right on the beach at Misty Cliffs in Cape Town. It is an ultra-luxurious designer home with spectacular, unobstructed views of the sea. Misty Cliffs is an exclusive conservation village near Scarborough in a unique enclave of the Table Mountain National Park.

This stylish villa is meters away from the Atlantic Ocean and offers a peaceful holiday in a spectacular setting. There is no better way to watch a sunset or the whales frolicking in the bay ahead. It has have been designed in such a way to take full advantage of these breathtaking views.

Self Catering Accommodation

The living area is open plan with a beautiful lounge, dining area and kitchen, which opens onto two terraces. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs with the main bedroom having access onto the balcony, which boasts gorgeous views of the sea. There is a further bedroom downstairs, which opens onto the pool and Jacuzzi area. In addition to this there is also a fabulous entertainment area with TV and sofas, which also faces the pool area.

Layout
On the ground floor there is a double garage for two cars. Parking outside for another two cars. Entrance hall with steps to lower level. On ground floor there are two king bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms – shower, toilet and bath. One of these bedrooms has twin bunks). Guest toilet. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opens onto two terraces. One terrace has built in barbeque. The Ground floor also has a laundry area and staff toilet. Views of sea and mountains all round.

The lower floor opens up into onto stunning deck with an infinity pool and stairs to beach. Very spacious TV room with toilet attached. The views of sea are spectacular. The third king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (toilet, shower and bath which opens onto deck.

Living areas

Lounge seats 6 people on sofas and has a fireplace and leads onto the terrace. The dining room seats 8 and also leads onto the terrace with views. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee machine. The laundry is separate and has a tumbe dryer and washing machine. The patios have a barbeque, dining table and sitting area.

Available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. The times will be from 08h30 to 15h30 and the duties are washing and cleaning only, linen will be changed once a week. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty.
