The 3 Palms Luxury Cottage welcomes you to two beautifully decorated 4 star self-catering or B&B luxury apartments, both with en-suite bedrooms, their own patio area as well as a spacious and homely entertainment area comprising kitchen, lounge and dining room.

The 3 Palms is an establishment of the highest standards that is tailor-made to satisfy the needs of both leisure and business travellers. It is located in Bloubergrant which is a very private, well established and sought after suburb of Cape Town. Only a few minutes walk away there are stunning views of the picture postcard beaches of Bloubergstrand with their backdrop of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the 12 Apostles.

Accommodation

The 2 stunningly furnished and spacious en-suite bedrooms are purpose-built for comfort and independently accessible. Amenities on offer are Queen-size double beds, luxurious en-suite bathrooms with spacious glassed-in showers and one bath. Furthermore, there is 24 hour high speed internet access, telephone, satellite TV, hair dryers, safes, etc.

Facilities

Feel at home within a bright informal lounge. Relax on the sofas, read a book or watch the satellite TV and help yourself to the well stocked courtesy bar. In the evenings you might also enjoy the warmth of an open indoor fire, as well as enjoying the view of the magnificently illuminated garden.

Breakfast

Depending on personal preferences a healthy continental breakfast can be served in the dining area, although we generally recommend enjoying your morning meal protected from the sun under the 25-year-old vines, which will make every breakfast a memorable experience.

Languages / Communication:
Management and staff are fluent in English, German, Dutch and Afrikaans, communication in Italian, French and Russian might be of a more basic nature. We are more than happy to assist our Guests in any possible way, from airport and city transfers, to car hire and arrangements for dining, touring, travel recommendations etc.

Shuttle Bus / Taxi Service / Car Hire:
To enjoy your stay from the very first to the very last moment and to prevent the stress of finding your place to stay, we would like to pick you up in our shuttle bus at the airport (or any city destination) on arrival and for departure. We also arrange taxi services as well as car hire at very competitive rates.

Tours to Cape Town, Cape Point and the Winelands:
Tours to different destinations within the Western Cape can be organised whilst utilising guided tours with the B&B's own shuttle service or through other established tour providers.

Internet and Telephone:
Business travellers as well as holidaymakers will find within their bedroom and on request a fully operational office desk with 24-hour Internet and telephone access.

Babysitting:
The Three Palms B&B employs a loving young lady who looks after the management's own child and who is more then happy and capable to look after guests children.

Through the affiliation with a professional golfer, interested guests will be able to rent golf equipment and receive golf lessons at a very competitive rate.

Gym / Badminton / Squash / Surfing and Kite Surfing:
A short-term membership at the local gym and games at a local badminton and squash club can be arranged as well as kite surfing and windsurfing lessons at the local surfer paradise Blouberg Beach.

The 3 Palms Luxury Cottage is close to a wide variety of attractions and leisure activities as well as the City, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront (20 minutes drive) and the Winelands (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek), with the Durbanville Hills Winelands being straight at your doorsteps (15 minutes drive). It's location is also ideal for excursions to the West Coast, the Cedarberg mountains and the Flower route.
