Sunset On The Rocks \ Accommodation in Llandudno

Llandudno is one of the most spectacular and beautiful places on earth. Sunset on the Rocks is North-facing and set amongst huge granite boulders and fynbos (the indigenous bush unique to this area). The house is about 200 metres from the Atlantic Ocean with unobstructed sea views.

ACCOMMODATION

Sunset On The Rocks offers our house (at certain times of the year) plus three self-catering apartments (all year round) each with its own entrance and fabulous uninterrupted views across the ocean towards Robben Island. Ideal for holidays and business.

UNIT A (LOWER LEVEL)
Accommodates 2+1 in an open plan studio layout with double bed, double sleeper couch, dining area, kitchenette and shower. Outside is a secluded patio, garden and braai area.

UNIT B (UPPER LEVEL)
Accommodates 2+2 in two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds) opening off the lounge/ dining room, bathroom with shower, wc and basin, living room, kitchenette and private outdoor balcony.

UNIT C
Free standing and completely separate to the main house, accommodates 2+1 in split level bedroom-living / kitchenette layout. Finishes are luxurious and there is a timber deck leading out from the living room overlooking the ocean.

House
An unusual layout built around the huge granite boulders on our property, these form a dramatic backdrop to the open plan Living / dining / kitchen area, also with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double living area, and timber decks leading out to the pool and the spectacular views over the Ocean.

LOCATION:

We are situated 20 minutes drive from central Cape Town, 5 minutes to Hout Bay with its beach, many shops, restaurants and facilities. Llandudno is a secure secluded bay surrounded by mountains, with approximately 200 houses and one of the best beaches in Cape Town. It is a popular bay for whales, dolphins, seals, swimmers and surfers.
