Stellenbosch Apartments are three self-catering apartments (No. 2, No. 4, No. 7) in a small block of flats called Meulstroom which is surrounded by historical houses. Stellenbosch Apartment No. 2 is on the ground floor with a private garden. Stellenbosch Apartment No. 4 and No. 7 are both on the first floor.

Self Catering Accommodation

Stellenbosch Apartment No. 2
Private garden with garden furniture and braai facilities, DSTV (small bouquet), wireless internet access, telephone (one can receive calls and buy a world call card to make calls), off-street parking behind an electric gate, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, 2-plate stove, Microwave, DVD-machine. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards and twin beds. The bathroom has got a shower and bath. The one bedroom has got doors going out into the garden. All doors leading outside have security gates and all windows have burglar bars.

Stellenbosch Apartment No. 4
DSTV (small bouquet), wireless internet access, telephone (one can receive calls and buy a prepaid Telkom voucher to make calls), off-street parking behind an electric gate, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 2-plate stove, small balcony. Stellenbosch Apartment No. 4 is on the first floor. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards and twin beds. The bathroom has got a shower and bath. All doors leading outside (also the French doors to the balcony) have security doors and all windows have burglar bars

Stellenbosch Apartment No. 7

Stellenbosch Apartment No. 7 is on the first floor. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards and twin beds. The bathroom has got a shower and bath. All doors leading outside (also the French door to the balcony) have security gates and all windows have burglar bars.

Linen and towels are provided. An iron and ironing board are in all of the apartments as well as a desk. The apartment can be serviced for an additional cost (please enquire).

Location

The Stellenbosch Apartments are very centrally situated, five minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, museums, and art galleries, the university, the Botanical Garden and Eerste River. Across the Eerste River is the University sports complex Coetzenburg which offers a wide variety of facilities including a swimming pool and gym which may be used for a modest fee.

The apartments are ideal for holidaymakers who want to explore the Winelands and Cape Town or who just want to relax and play golf, parents who come and visit their children at the university, sports people who come and train at Coetzenburg sports grounds, business people or for academics who want to be very close to the university.
