With 4 comfortable, independent self catering units, Simonsview boasts breathtaking sea and mountain views. Great for singles, couples or larger groups, who want to be together, yet have their own space! Each apartment is fully equipped, with linen and bath towels provided. Each has it’s own patio or garden area, with barbeque facilities, for those balmy evenings.

Simonsview is situated in picturesque Simon’s Town, home to the South African Navy. This historical and cultural village, with its Victorian buildings and quaint streets, is alive with a variety of interesting shops, restaurants and adventure activities, including shark cage diving. Simon’s Town is a haven for nature lovers and Simonsview is an excellent spot to view the antics of the Southern Right whales that grace our shores each year.

Full of character and with a nautical feel the Sail Loft consists of a spacious open plan lounge/dining area opening onto a deck with 180 degree views of False Bay. Fully fitted kitchen. Nautica (Sleeps 2)
With a great beach theme, Nautica consists of a lounge with sea views and sliding door onto level garden area. Fitted open plan kitchen. Double bedroom. Full bathroom, including shower and luxurious corner bath. TV, Mnet & wireless internet.

Chart Room (Sleeps 2)
Comfortable and private, Chart room includes a compact lounge and kitchenette opening onto the undercover patio area, with lovely sea and yacht basin views. Double bedroom, also opening onto the patio. Shower & toilet. TV, Mnet & wireless internet. Private braai area.

Captain's Cabin (Sleeps 2)
Wonderfully spacious with exceptional views, Captains Cabin boasts a spacious lounge with fireplace, opening onto a huge patio area. Fully fitted cherry wood kitchen. Separate dining area. Spacious bedroom opening onto deck area. Full bathroom, with shower and a bath for two, from which you can lie back and enjoy great sea views. TV, Mnet & wireless internet.

Activities and Attractions

A mere 10 minute drive away, is the famous Boulders Beach, where the unique land based African penguins, swim amongst bathers in the sheltered coves of beautiful Boulders Beach. Boat trips from the Simon’s Town Waterfront provide an interesting introduction to the town and its rich history. Cape Point, also nearby, has excellent hiking trails, where you can enjoy the Cape’s fynbos and birdlife.

Simonsview is a 40 minute drive from Cape Town City Centre, and Cape Town International airport, and is a great base, to unwind, relax and enjoy all that Cape Town has to offer
