An attractive villa-style home, it is literally on the beach of Knysna’s picturesque lagoon and just two minutes from The Heads. The incredible views across the lagoon to the Featherbed Nature Reserve and Outeniqua mountains - plus the ability to step from your patio and braai area onto the sandy beach - makes Shoreline Villa a very special place.

Self Catering Accommodation

Arranged on three floors, the property is well furnished and equipped and can sleep six people in three bedrooms in the main residence. It has the added benefit of a further self-contained apartment at beach level sleeping four extra people.

Street-level: attractive entrance hall leading to two spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom 1
Has king / twin size beds and features an en suite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Large sliding door leads to the veranda with fabulous lagoon views. Can be used as a family room (additional sofa bed option for small ones).

Bedroom 2
Has two single beds, its own shower room & separate toilet and stunning views with sliding doors to veranda.

Lower floor
A staircase from the entrance hall leads to the open plan living / dining area and main bedroom:

Bedroom 3
Has king size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower; sliding doors to the verandah – and wonderful views. Can be used as a family room (additional day bed option for small child).

Lounge area
A great place to kick back and relax and admire the views. The area is comfortably furnished and features a fireplace, TV (with DSTV) and sliding doors to a large patio overlooking the lagoon.

Kitchen / Diner
The dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including oven / hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. There is ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. A door from the kitchen leads down stairs to the beach.

Shoreline Apartment
This can be reached either by the ‘kitchen steps' or directly from the driveway via a separate gate and stairway. It features a double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room, small kitchen and lounge area and would be ideal for teenagers, grandparents or a nanny. Please note the apartment may be rented in addition to the main house.

Parking
There is a double garage at street-level, plus parking for three further vehicles.

There are two restaurants at the Heads a few minutes’ walk away and excellent supermarkets, boutiques and craft markets, plus a superb choice of cafés, pubs and gourmet restaurants in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.

Sports & leisure
Safe paddling, swimming and kayaking on the beautiful Knysna Lagoon. Hiking, cycling, quad biking, scuba diving, horse riding and dolphin / whale watching are close by, as are extreme sports such as paragliding, bungy-jumping and treetop zip-line forest canopy tours. The superb golf courses at Plettenberg Bay, Goose Valley, Pezula, Simola and Knysna are all within easy reach.
