This exclusive one bed roomed self catering apartment has magnificent sea views and is situated less than an hours drive from Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport. The apartment is 1.5 km from the famous penguins at Boulders Beach and is less than five minutes walk from the stunning local beaches.

Wake to watch whales from the comfort of your bed (June to November). Watch the sun rise above the mountains and over the sea. Take a five minute early morning walk to Fisherman's beach, watch the waves catch the early morning sun and enjoy the beauty of nature around you.

Self Catering ACCOMMODATION

The one bed roomed self catering apartment can accommodate a maximum of two guests.

FEATURES
The bedroom has a queen sized bed and built in cupboards. The living area has a comfortable sleeper couch and double sliding doors which lead out to the garden.

The living area has a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, two plate ceran stove, combination microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is a dining area and DSTV (Satellite) in the living area and Wi-Fi ADSL internet access which makes the apartment ideally suited for business travelers.

The neat bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The paved area in front of the apartment features teak outdoor furniture and a Weber barbeque. The private indigenous landscaped garden attracts a variety of bird life. Guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs from the herb garden. There is parking for two cars in the driveway.

Linen is provided and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
