Welcome to Perazim B&B, a homely guesthouse where you are able to choose the kind of break you want: exhilarating activities, walks on the beach, browsing gift and pottery shops, simply relaxing with a book or unwinding around the pool.

Accommodation

Bedrooms
Perazim B&B offers 3 en suite rooms, one of which has a bath and shower. Each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities and come with built-in cupboards and drawers, with ample hanging space. Linen and towels are also supplied.

Communal kitchen
There is a large communal kitchen which can be used by prior arrangement. It comes complete with stove, microwave and fridge as well as extensive cupboard space for guests’ supplies should you wish to self cater.

Breakfast

A Continental breakfast of cereal, croissants, cheese, ham and jams, with coffee and a selection of teas is offered each morning and can be enjoyed either indoors, or if sunny, around the pool area.

Facilities

Swimming pool
Perazim B&B has a saltwater swimming pool – perfect for hot days and balmy nights - for guests’ enjoyment, situated in a peaceful garden, which is home to many local birds.

Entertainment
Compacy DsTV is available in the lounge area, as well as the use of a DVD player.

Parking
There is safe off-road parking on the premises.

Activities

Golfing
The golfer is spoilt for choice because a mere kilometre away is the popular Kleinmond 9 hole course and 11 kilometres to the world renowned Arabella.

Hiking
Kleinmond offers a variety of hiking trails which can be done with with an official hiking guide for a nominal fee. Speak to your Perazim B&B hosts for more information.

Kleinmond Lagoon
An easy 10 minute walk from the B&B is the lagoon. Available for rent are canoes which can be used to get close to wild horses that can often be spotted from the safety of your canoe. Fish eagles can also be spotted in the area - if you’re fortunate enough!

Kleinmond Waterfront and Shops
About two kilometres from the B&B is the Kleinmond Waterfront, where you can spend time browsing the gallery, pottery and bric-a-brac store, or enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants or coffee shops. The tourism office can also be found here.

Even closer to the B&B are shops and banks, which is about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
