Living with a View
This 5-star duplex property has a large L-shaped open plan living & dining area with access to a balcony. The living area offers ample seating and space for entertaining. There is a plasma television with a surround sound DVD/CD system, including iPod dock and satellite television (full DStv). There is also a separate study desk area and a separate guest cloakroom.

The dining area boosts a large dining table, seating 6/8, with gorgeous views of Table Mountain. You can even enjoy the views form the open-plan kitchen, which is fully kitted out with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer and all kitchen accessories you could think of. Of course you don’t have to cook if you don’t feel like it, there are many restaurants a short stroll away, from world-renowned establishments to quirky cafés.

Sleep Tight
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, sleeping four in two king-size beds or one king and one twin. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a convenient dressing area with built-in cupboards. There is an en-suite bathroom to both rooms; with bath and separate shower and from the master bathroom you can even enjoy spectacular views rights from the comfort of your bathtub. Each room has individual air-conditioning/heating controls and stunning views of Table Mountain and the City. Additionally, hairdryers, an electronic safe and an alarm clock with iPod dock are being made available to you.

Furnished with much attention to detail, the interior is stylish and luxurious and from every room the views will blow you away, both during the day and at nighttime. All linen, of the best quality, is provided and daily or weekly house keeping can be arranged on request. High speed Internet is available on a prepaid basis and you even get your own assigned parking bay in the secure underground car park. We have also left a selection of DVDs and books for you to browse through. Children are welcome and a cot and highchair can be made available.

Cartwright Corner
Cartwright Corner is a secure building in the heart of Cape Town. It has a staffed front desk and 24 hour security. It boost a well-equipped gym and heated indoor swimming pool only accessible to residents.
