Nenya's magical location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Guests find tranquility and renewal here and feel in touch with nature. Set in spectacular 360 degree mountain views with a backdrop of Table Mountain Nature Reserve; wrap around decks, a beautiful scented lavender walk in our Zen inspired garden, we are conveniently situated just 3 km from the fishing village of Hout Bay and 20 minutes from Cape Town along a world class ocean drive.

In winter, stay cosy and warm; don't let the south easterlies drive you away from Cape Town and enjoy your winter break. We offer candlelit breakfasts by our open log fire, home baked lavender muffins and hot chocolate at dusk on request, with a kick for a little more!

One thing I can promise is that you will take away more than happy memories of your time here ... so kick off your shoes and tune in to South Africa time!

Room 1 - Ibis

Room 2 - Egyptian Goose
Spacious twin bedded room with period en suite roll top bath, shower attachment and toilet, ceiling fan, mountain and garden views and wrap around deck. Own entrance, access to guest lounge. Tea / coffee making facilities, hair dryer and clock radio, colour TV, Wi-Fi.

Suite 3 - Woodpecker
Spacious twin bedded suite with double sleeper couch in separate lounge area (sleeps 4 if required), direct pool access, garden and mountain views, en suite shower and toilet. Own entrance and access to guest lounge. Tea / coffee making facilities, hair dryer, clock radio, colour TV, Wi-Fi.

Suite 4 - Turtle Dove
Spacious double bedded suite with sleeper couch and additional single bed in ante room (sleeps 4 if required), direct pool access with garden and mountain views, en suite shower and toilet. Own entrance and access to guest lounge. Tea / coffee making facilities, hair dryer and clock radio, colour TV, Wi-Fi.

Room 5 – Seagulls
Single bedded room with en suite shower and toilet, own stable door entrance, small private garden and mountain glimpses. Own entrance, hospitality tray, hair dryer & clock radio, colour TV, Wi-Fi.

A full European style breakfast buffet is served.

Mini Gym

Nenya now has a 'mini-gym' on the verandah so you can enjoy beautiful views while losing those pounds gained in Cape Town's best restaurants! We have a stationery bike, cross trainer, weights, bands, a bench and mat so if you are a yoga aficionado it is a great place to enjoy that too in a spiritual beautiful place!

Activities and Attractions

By popular request, we have devised golf packages for our guests, not surprising when you know that Nenya is fortunate enough to be within easy reach of several world class golf courses, (a 15/20 minute drive will take you to most of them) either in your own car or we will arrange private transportation. We can accommodate groups or couples and if your partner does not golf, we have thought of that too!

Here’s just one idea - a morning shopping at the Waterfront or Canal Walk, lunch at one of Camps Bay’s most exclusive restaurants, Paranga, The Kove, Zenzero, all with unrivaled views of the ocean - the place to see and be seen! Then back to Nenya to ease those aching shopping feet with a massage or beauty treatment.

Book Martin our massage therapist who will really release all those knots that seem to have been there forever. You will feel you have a new body. Book Pam for a hot stone massage and combine with a range of other beauty treatments, a facial, manicure or pedicure.

We offer a variety of massages and treatments, including hot stone, hand and foot care, facial therapy and waxing, just in time for your partner’s return to tell you all about that elusive ‘hole in one’ over a glass of wine or two by the pool! Or we will arrange a day out tailored to suit your personal requirements?
