Mes Amis \ Accommodation in Wilderness

Mes Amis is located right on the Wilderness beach, part of the Wilderness National Park. Elegant accommodation is provided in 9 en suite rooms, each with private entrances and unsurpassed views of the Indian Ocean. Watch the dolphins at play from the comfort of your room. Mes Amis offers great whale watching in season (July to October).

Accommodation

All rooms face the Indian Ocean, with superb sea views and modern en-suite facilities (shower only). Sliding doors lead onto a private sea-facing patio, furnished with a wooden table and chairs. The fully stocked mini bar in each room provides refreshment at reasonable rates.

Each room is further equipped with a safe, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, robes and slippers, hair dryer, an espresso machine, tea making facilities and a TV with satellite channels. All rooms have private entrances and are suitable to accommodate 2 persons. Free Wifi Internet access is available in all rooms and throughout Mes Amis. A laptop is available for guest use.

Breakfast

Mes Amis is renowned for its full service a la carte breakfast, served in our breakfast room overlooking the beach. Freshly baked muffins are just the start of a great breakfast that makes use of local and regional produce. Of course, we are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements: - vegan, Halaal etc.

Facilities

Mes Amis guests have private access to the Wilderness beach via our private stairway. 20km of pristine beach is literally a stone's throw from your room. There is also a small pool with a furnished patio in a protected and sunny corner of the house.

Guests have exclusive access to two elegant guest lounges, each equipped with honesty bars, books and board games. There is also an honesty freezer containing a range of excellent frozen meals cooked by our staff, who benefit from the profits. In addition a microwave oven and crockery and cutlery is provided in the breakfast lounge for the use by our guests throughout the day.

Service

Mes Amis is proud to be in partnership with its staff. We have a dedicated program to train all our staff members in the essentials of guest house management including computer skills, bookings and guest accounting. All staff members are provided with advanced cooking skills. Empowering our staff means that we can offer better service to our guests, and we believe that our efforts are be evident when you visit Mes Amis. Mes Amis is a non-smoking guest house. Small pets are welcome.

Location

Make Mes Amis your base for exploring the Garden Route. We are within easy reach of Mossel Bay, Oudsthoorn, Knysna, Sedgefield and Plettenberg Bay and will be happy to advise on or to arrange excursions to the surrounding areas.
