The Lodge
Spacious open plan dining and living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and wrap around verandah with built in braai overlooking the mountains and valley. Three double bedrooms. Two and a half bathrooms (main en suite). Air conditioning and under floor heating. Sleeps 6.

Pine Tree Cottage
Brand new cottage with beautiful views up and down the valley. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms, spacious dining area, huge living room with fireplace and covered patio with built in braai. Three double bedrooms. Two bathrooms (main en suite). Sleeps 6.

Oak Tree Cottage
Newly built cottage overlooking the dams and valley beyond. A spacious cottage with fully equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms, open plan living and dining area with fireplace, and wonderful deep covered patio and built in braai. A special feature is the old oak tree in the centre of the patio. Three double bedrooms. Two bathrooms (main en suite). Sleeps 6.

Paddock Cottage
Spacious, comfortable lounge and dining area with fireplace opening onto a large covered patio with built in braai, over looking the dams and paddocks. Three double bedrooms. Two bathrooms (main en suite). Second bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is wheelchair friendly. Sleeps 6.

Lemon Tree Cottage
Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace opening onto covered patio and a built in braai. The cottage has beautiful views of the dams and mountains beyond. Two double bedrooms. One small bedroom with a double bunk bed. Two bathrooms (main en suite). Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children.

Agapanthus Cottage
Fully equipped cosy cottage for two. Modern kitchen, open plan living and dinning area with fireplace and covered patio with built in braai. One double bedroom. En suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Sleeps 2 adults. Regret no children or dogs.

Protea Cottage
Fully equipped cosy cottage for two. En suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Sleeps 2 adults. Regret no children or dogs.

All cottages have Satellite TV with hotel bouquet channels and DVD players. All three bedroom cottages are equipped with dishwashers.

Cottages are serviced daily with the exception of Sunday and public holidays. Staff will make up beds, clean bathrooms and mop floors. As dishwashers are provided, kitchens will be tidied and the floor mopped. Clean towels are provided daily.

Dog Friendly
High Season Farm is dog friendly (restricted to three bedroom cottages only and by prior arrangement with management).

Guests bringing dogs are requested to bring their own bedding, blankets and feeding bowls. In the interests of hygiene and other guests we do not want dogs on beds or sofas. Dogs must be supervised at all times and not be left in the cottages unattended. Guests leaving the farm must take their dogs with them.

Things to do

The Overberg offers a host of activities including a wine route, water sports, mountain biking, horse riding, paint ball, canopying, four wheelers and shark cage diving.

Hermanus has many fine restaurants and coffee shops, fabulous shops and boutiques, art galleries, museums and open air craft markets.

Visit interesting coastal and inland towns in the Overberg including Baardskeerdersbos, Bredasdorp, Cape Augulhas, De Kelders, Elim, Gansbaai, Kleinbaai, Napier, Onrus Pearly Beach and Stanford.
