Garden and pool rooms open onto patios overlooking the large swimming pool and lush garden with wonderful mountain views. Suites, Rose and the Fig open onto own secluded courtyard and garden and The Almond has own very large private verandah looking straight up at Table Mountain.

Breakfast

We prepare wonderful country breakfasts which are served in the delightfully decorated French provincial breakfast room / kitchen. This elegant furnished French Kitchen and breakfast room is renowned for its wonderful breakfasts overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped garden abundant with bird life. On lovely summer mornings breakfast is also served on our covered patio adjoining the breakfast room.

Facilities

The large comfortably furnished Guest Lounge with it’s cosy fire place opens onto very large covered patio, where you will find many a guest spending time relaxing on the outdoor furniture, enjoying the Honesty Bar all of which overlook the large swimming pool and landscaped garden.

The Study / Library - which works as our reception and work station for the guests is filled with many good books and magazines and the Boardroom is available for board meetings or small conferences.

Activities & Attractions

With the city centre a mere 10-minute drive away (Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and the 2010 FIFA World Cup Stadium) there is very easy access to the major scenic attractions on both sides of the Cape Peninsula. These attractions include the Newlands cricket and rugby stadium (5-minutes) numerous restaurants, pubs, stylish Cavendish Square shopping mall, cinemas, University of Cape Town, the Sport Science Institute, Kingsbury Hospital, Newlands Clinic, the Vineyard Conference Centre and Constantia Vine all in our area. Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno and Hout Bay our famous beaches (15/20 minutes) and a short, pleasurable walk to the world-famous Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.
