Edel Haus is set in a lush garden with beautiful mountain views and is situated on the Wine Route in the beautiful Constantia Valley. Visit the historic wine farms with their magical settings and experience wine tasting and fine dining. We offer the privacy of a self catering holiday home, which is ideal for families, couples sharing or business trips.

Accommodation

Edel Haus has its own entrance; the secure double garage has an automated door with direct access to the house. The lounge sliding doors open to a private patio with mountain views and guests can enjoy the swimming pool set in the beautiful manicured garden.

Three double bedrooms, with 4th bedroom off enclosed courtyard - the spacious air-conditioned main bedroom has queen sized bed, mountain and garden views with sliding door onto patio. The large, luxurious en suite bathroom has shower, bath, double basins, toilet and bidet.

There are two double bedrooms; both with twin beds, and a full bathroom, all rooms have superior bed linen and towels. The 4th bedroom with double bed has a separate entrance from the courtyard and an en suite shower bathroom.

Facilities

The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, small appliances, crockery and cutlery, iron and ironing board. The open plan family room / dining room opens to an enclosed private courtyard, ideal for lazy breakfasts or discreet sun tanning!

There is satellite TV, wireless internet connection, barbeque / braai facilities, a hairdryer, small room safe and a good security system. Services available by arrangement at an additional charge are car hire, airport transfers, laundry services, domestic help and tours can be arranged.

Location

Edel Haus is close to five wine farms, many excellent restaurants, the upmarket Constantia Village shopping centre with banks, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and shops to suit all your needs, scenic walks and hiking areas, a fitness centre and Constantiaberg Medical Clinic.

Constantia is very central and is only 10 -15 minutes drive to the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, numerous golf courses, Hout Bay Harbour, the World of Birds and several world renowned beaches.

We are 20 minutes drive to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain cable station, Robben Island ferry, the Royal Cape Yacht Club, the 2010 soccer stadium, Chapman’s Peak scenic drive and Cape Town International Airport. Boulders Beach and Cape Point Nature Reserve are only half hours drive away.
