Dunkley House is a contemporary and stylish guest house recently created from a period property dating back to the early 1900s.

Accommodation

Located in a quaint Victorian street and set within a private and tropical walled garden, Dunkley House contains 11 spacious en-suite bedrooms, four with their own private patios and two with their own private plunge pools, as well as a two bedroomed self catering apartment. The whole house can also be rented on a self catering basis, for groups of up to 24 people. Enjoy delicious home cooked breakfasts in the dining room or on the patio beside a sparkling pool.

The old colonial shutters, sheer crisp white curtains, high ceilings and our unique mosaic floor creates an airy bright atmosphere throughout the house. The owner has decorated each room individually, using contemporary colours and furniture to result in a pleasing, comfortable and stylish environment without compromising the original character of the property.

All rooms have been styled to cater for the comfort of our guests, and include tea & coffee making facilities, clock-radios, wireless and 24hr internet access, hairdryers and bathroom accessories.

The Red Room:
Queen-size bed, en-suite shower / WC, LCD flatscreen satellite TV / DVD, telephone, air-conditioning.

The Bay 1:
King-size bed, couch, dressing table, LCD flatscreen satellite TV / DVD, en-suite shower / WC, telephone, air-conditioning.

The Bay 2:
Queen-size bed, couch, seat, fireplace, LCD flatscreen satellite TV / DVD, en-suite bath / WC, CD player, telephone, air-conditioning.

The Bay 3, 4 or 5:
King-size bed, comfy chair, LCD flatscreen satellite TV / DVD, en-suite bath / shower, CD player, air-conditioning, french doors to private patio and splash pool.

The Bay 6:
King-size bed, comfy chair, LCD flatscreen satellite TV / DVD, en-suite bath / shower, CD player, air-conditioning.

The Aqua Room:
King-size bed, private patio, own entrance, french doors to pool, en-suite shower / WC, flat screen satellite TV, hi-fi system, telephone.

The Suite:
Queen-size bed, sofa bed, lounge area, french doors to private patio, walk-in wardrobe, open en-suite double shower and double basin, flat screen satellite TV, hi-fi system, telephone.

The Self-Catering Apartment:
Sleeps 1-4 persons, 2 double bedrooms, own entrance, full kitchen amenities, en-suite shower / WC, room service, flat screen satellite TV, hi-fi system, telephone.

The Whole House:
Sleeps up to 24 persons. All of the above rooms, all facilities, chef and staff.
