The thirteen air-conditioned rooms are quite unlike anything else in South Africa. Not only is each room uniquely decorated by an artist, poet, photographer, designer or musician, but, they were afforded complete freedom to interpret the space as they pleased, resulting in a collection of hotel rooms that are an adventurous, humorous (and sometimes ironic) representation of Cape Town’s contemporary cultural landscape.

The communal bar / lounge area is the perfect spot to meet fellow travellers and visiting locals. Relax, order a drink and sit on the balcony to take in the vibrant atmosphere of Cape Town’s creative and eccentric heart.
