da Heim Guest house is situated in Sunset Beach, just a few meters from the shore. 15 minutes north of central Cape Town and the International Airport. Even if you take your time, it’s just a 1 minute walk to the beach!

Enjoy the sea view and view of Table Mountain from your apartment or terrace. Start the day with a relaxing swim in the 25m pool on the premises, or take a run down the endless sandy beaches on our doorstep.

Accommodation

All our apartments are luxury self-catering units and have a fully-equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.) and fridge. Flat screen satellite TV (and dedicated German channel). Broadband wireless internet access.

Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a power point for electric shavers. 25 meter solar heated swimming pool and warm outdoor shower available.

Situated on the first floor, overlooking the garden and pool. Da Beach accommodates 4 adults (2 separate bedrooms). Spacious lounge, balcony with sea view and view of Table Mountain. (55 m²).

Da Southeaster
Situated on the first floor, overlooking the garden and pool. Da Southeaster accommodates 4 adults (2 separate bedrooms). 2 separate bathroom (main-en-suite). Spacious lounge with desk, balcony with sea view and view of Table Mountain. (65 m²).

Activities

If you're a golf player you can walk over to the Milnerton Golf Course just 10 minutes away. For windsurfing and surfing, just leave your car parked and walk to Sunset Beach - one of the best places to catch the warm south easterly winds. The perfect kitesurfing places are only minutes away. If you enjoy flat water sailing or speedsailing, one can drive down to Rietvlei, a perfect spot for advanced learners and freestyle pro’s!
