Open plan, living, dining and kitchen with sliding doors onto the deck with endless sea views. Fireplace, TV with 123&e, portable CD/radio and DVD. Deck includes built in BBQ, teak chairs, table and benches for appreciating the sounds and sights of the rolling sea.

Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms upstairs and dorm downstairs. Bedding and linen is supplied for bookings of 7 nights or more. Please bring your own towels.
Bedroom 1: Double, with separate basin and toilet, opens onto the deck with sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin singles, opens onto the deck with sea views.
Bedroom 3: Twin singles.
Bedroom 4: Dorm room downstairs, with double futon and bunk, sleeps 4.

Betty’s Bay is situated on the southern Whale Route coast of Africa, in South Africa, the province of the Western Cape, the region is The Overberg and the area Hangklip / Kleinmond, halfway between Cape Town and Hermanus.

Bettys Bay is a quiet seasonal holiday village, ideally suited to those who prefer outdoor living. Whale watching, walking, hiking, swimming, surfing, cycling and sand boarding are the sort of activities that can be enjoyed here. There are lovely long silver sandy beaches, as well as a selection of small private beaches. Even in the busy season, the beaches are not heavily populated. Bettys Bay boasts the attractions of the Stony Point land-based Penguin Colony, Harold Porter National Botanical Garden & the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve.

At Stony Point, the boardwalk makes penguin viewing a special treat. Of course, there are many other bird species to be viewed in the area. The walks, hikes, picnic spots and cycle routes in the Harold Porter Gardens and Kogelberg Reserve are spectacular. These wilderness areas form the central core of the Cape Floral Kingdom and are home to a huge range of flora & fauna species. The Palmiet River is also a favorite for swimming or canoeing.

Betty’s Bay is centrally located with Cape Town, Cape Town International Airport, Hermanus and the Cape Winelands all around a 60-90 minutes drive away. The Arabella and Kleinmond Golf Courses are 20 and 10 minutes drive away. Betty’s Bay, nestled between mountain & ocean, is definitely a worthwhile holiday destination and this self -catering accommodation is the ideal place to stay & get away from it all.
