Calders Hotel offers 26 luxuriously appointed en-suite rooms with breathtaking views of False Bay or the majestic Elsie’s Peak. The 19 standard rooms, with magificent mountain scenery, each boast individually controlled air-conditioning, digital safe, mini bar, trouser press, king size beds with 100% cotton percale linen, private bathroom with separate deluxe shower and underfloor heating, hairdryer, work desk with internet modem point, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV with cable channels and direct-dial telephones, voicemail and wake-up calls.

The seven superior rooms offer the additional comforts of uninterrupted views of False Bay (ideal for whale watching), extra-length beds, and spacious rooms allowing for cot or roll-away bed. Artwork from local artist Colleen Ross, with her “Fabulous Fish Hoek” collection and specially commissioned watercolours by Ray Potter, lend the hotel a unique character and artistic vibe.

Conferences

Our corporate boardrooms offer state of the art audio visual equipment and packages can be tailor-made to suit any need. Included in the Day Conference Package rate is Room Hire, fixed data projector, retractable screen, interfaced Crestron light panel, DVD / VCR combo, Panaboard, flipcharts and pens, and portable mouse and keyboard.

Catering options include tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice, pastries / muffins, home-made biscuits, savoury wraps, cheese boards, fresh fruit kebabs, and a range of gourmet lunch choices. Up to 24 delegates can be accommodated in Nautilus, and up to 50 delegates in Strandloper. A small breakaway room is ideal for meetings or interviews, and cocktail events for up to 50 can be hosted in the hotel conservatory.
