Charming and stylish, the cottages are set on a beautiful mountain farm in the heart of the Sneeuberg Conservancy, directly adjacent to the Cederberg Wilderness Area. The farm Boschkloof is situated less than two hours drive from Cape Town, 7 km. from Citrusdal in the Olifants River Valley.

Come savour the silence in this haven of tranquility and natural beauty. Owners Doempie and Mariet Smit will welcome you with true country hospitality and introduce you to the natural splendour surrounding you, as well as their fascinating farming activities.

Lush citrus orchards tucked in mountain kloofs and rooibos tea lands are some of the activities on view. Explore the Bushmen rock paintings, hike along mountain trails, cool off in the sparkling swimming pool or a refreshing mountain stream, enjoy the prolific bird life ... or simply relax and enjoy the magnificent views!

Accommodation

Boschkloof Cottage:
The Cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (master en-suite) and sleeps a maximum of six. A fully equipped kitchen, open-plan lounge and dining room, fireplace, colour TV and outdoor braai facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. All you bring is your food and drink and enough time to enjoy it all!

De Oude Boord Cottage:
Set in an organic orange orchard next to a mountain stream, this charming new addition to the farm is secluded and very private. Offering two en-suite bedrooms, fireplace, braai facilities, fully equipped kitchen and generous stoep.

The best feature may be the fact that, although very comfortably equipped, there is neither television, nor cell phone reception.

Pick fresh oranges off citrus trees in your own private orchard at Oude Boord, sip a glass of wine on a chair in a mountain stream. We offer peace and tranquility.
