Blue Waters Villa is located in Bakoven - a small, exclusive seaside suburb, with small private beach surrounded by granite boulders and sheltered crystal waters.

The villa has an airy and relaxed beach-house feel with no compromise on comfort, convenience and privacy and is decorated throughout with natural materials and finishes. Metres from sheltered Bakoven cove and within walking distance of Camps Bay, the six airy bedrooms of Blue Waters are all en- suite and provide a cool respite on hot summer nights.

The villa is accessed from Victoria Road, via a long driveway, and the main open plan living area and two bedrooms are also on this level. The remaining bedrooms along with 2nd lounge are on the upper level. The two living areas offer comfort and good sea views, especially from the upper lounge, where the ocean is a few hundred meters away allowing for the gentle sound of waves breaking over the rocks, to filter in through all open doors and windows.
