Blackheath Lodge is easy to find. And a treat when you find it. Our guest house is conveniently situated on Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard, right under Signal Hill, and just off High Level Road, Sea Point.

Blackheath Lodge was built back in the 1880's, which helps to explain our Victorian design, spacious interiors, high ceilings and wooden floors. And has more recently been renovated and enhanced with touches of unique eclectic African style and charm.

We’re just a stone’s throw away from the happening city centre of Cape Town. As well as the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town’s shopping Mecca. And we’re also close to the famous beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard including Clifton and Camps Bay.

ACCOMMODATION:

Blackheath has ten luxury en suite rooms, all of which are stylishly designed, with extra-length twin / king beds and elegant en-suite bathrooms. For your added comfort, convenience and satisfaction, every room also has a well-stocked mini-bar, wireless broadband connection, satellite television, a telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. While our luxury lofts all have air conditioning.

2x Standard Rooms:
These 2 rooms are cozy and wonderful. Ideal for 1 person or intimate couple. Alternatively, people on a budget.

5x Delux Rooms:
These 5 rooms are more spacious than the Standard rooms.

3 x Superior Rooms:
These 3 rooms are more spacious than the Delux Rooms.

Enjoy a day of relaxation in our garden and swimming in the heated pool. Or, simply come home to a sundowner next to the pool after a busy day of sightseeing or power business dealings. Safe in the knowledge that a quiet, comfortable night’s sleep awaits you.

Cape Town offers a host of world-class restaurants, all within just kilometers of Blackheath Lodge. Or put your feet up and relax with an evening at home. Give us due warning and we’ll whip you up a feast to remember. Then wake up in the morning to a delicious homemade breakfast served out on our sun terrace overlooking the pool and tropical garden. And when the mercury drops and the evenings start to feel a little chilly, curl up next to the open fireplace in the living room.

BREAKFAST:

Our breakfasts are also legendary. Our chef, wakes up before the sun every morning to bake breakfast quiches and homemade muffins, which are hot, fresh, delicious and served with butter, jam and honey. Or if you’d simply like a full English or Continental breakfast, just let us know.

Other basic services available on request include a full laundry service, airport transfers and car rental. And we have on street parking, and an on street security office, so no worries where parking is concerned.
