Boutique @ 10 is unique accommodation located in the heart of Camps Bay on the Atlantic Seaboard and is just a 5 minute drive to the Table Mountain Cable Car Station, 10 minute drive to Cape Town CBD, V&A Waterfront and 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

Accommodation

Boutique @ 10, with its four suites, is spaciously open planned and leans towards old school with a variety of wood, large windows and doors leading to a common outside balcony for the two suites on the upper level and a second large open deck with plunge pool on the main level off the lounge for all to use.

To ensure our guests comfort, all suites feature 32 to 40 inch LCD flat screen TVs, air conditioning for room climate control, Wi-Fi connectivity, electronic safes, hair dryers, and tea and coffee trays. The Beach Suite also features a mini bar fridge and kitchenette for light snack preparation.

In three of the guest suites beds can be made into two singles or a king size, while the fourth suite features a stylish, king size wooden sleigh bed designed and crafted by a good friend. All are draped in pure white linen and splashed with colourful throws, extra length pillows, scatter cushions and are dressed with goose down duvets and flat sheets. The Deck Suite can accommodate an extra single bed if required.

All Suite rates are for one or two persons maximum and feature LCD flat screens, tea and coffee tray, Wi-Fi connectivity, wall safe, en suite with separate bath and/or shower, hair dryer, and air conditioning for room climate control. You will feel like you are in a small nature reserve leading to the majestic Atlantic Ocean inside the heart of Camps Bay.

DECK SUITE
The Deck Suite has double French doors which open up onto the north end of the main pool deck with delightful views of the Atlantic Ocean and landscape to the south. It can accommodate a king bed or up to three single beds.

BEACH SUITE
The Beach Suite is separate but still connected to the main house through a Tuscany like passage way leading into the main house open plan kitchen area. It features twins or a king size bed and has a Mediterranean feel to it with ambience lighting to enhance its calming aura. The ocean is viewed through two sash windows that face west and tunnel through a passage of archways giving you the feeling of privacy and solitude.

Guests can walk through a private entrance into the arched passage way which leads to their private deck and garden area with wooden loungers under large protecting pine trees. This area is sprinkled with sun rays and overlooks a ravine teaming with nature that stretches to the ocean. The Bay Atlantic bb herb and veg garden located just meters away.

OCEAN SUITE
The Ocean Suite is affectionately known as 'Club Duvet ' and also features the warm feel of old Oregon pine floors and furniture. A king size Oregon pine sleigh bed, crafted by a good friend, faces northwest, to views of the slopes of Lion's Head and the rocky shoreline of Maidens Cove. Large sliding glass doors open onto the upper deck to uninterrupted views of the green belt ravine as it winds down the slopes onto Camps Bay beach and the rolling Atlantic Ocean.

LION'S HEAD SUITE
The Lion's Head Suite has amazing views of Lion's Head framed through arched windows on the North side of the suite and the Atlantic Ocean, due west and southwest, through large sliding doors that open on to the vast upper deck area. Through the high narrow window behind the bed, which can be made up as twins or a king size, guests can view Table Mountain and the upper Cable Station and Cable Car as it moves inside to unload and pick up passengers.

The floors are made of beautifully preserved Oregon pine wood dating back to the early 1900s. The simple headboard and side tables, made out of the same large beams by a local old school craftsman, gives the room a warm charm that entices you want to sit back and watch the paragliders gently glide off the slopes of Lion's Head or gaze at the waves rolling in and onto the beautiful white sand of Camps Beach...the gentle sound of the waves can be heard as they echo up the greenbelt and ravine into the room.

Breakfast

A light and healthy breakfast of coffee or tea, fresh juice, toast and cereals, eggs, cheese, yoghurt and seasonal fruit, is served in the main lounge which flows onto the main wooden deck making a spacious and inviting area to eat and lounge in. The 5 lounge doors open up onto the deck to allow nature’s beauty, the fresh ocean breeze and the sounds of birds blend into the essence of pleasure and relaxation which is Camps Bay…..you just may never want to leave!

Location

Boutique @ 10 is located on the edge of Camps Bay's central ravine with full view of the white beach sands being swept clean by the blue Atlantic Ocean and coupled with uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastal landscape and ocean from north to south as far as the eye can see. Still only a 15 minute walk down to Camps Bay Beach and its famous restaurant strip.
