The Villa has a no children policy, so guests are assured of some peace and quiet whilst relaxing around the heated salt water infinity pool. There are 3 BBQ's, an outside bar and shower as well as a steam shower. The Villa is being featured in several international design magazines.

This stunning 5-STAR property has koiponds, tropical gardens, palm trees and the most breathtaking views you have ever seen! Stylish stunning airconditioned nonsmoking rooms and suites have quality linens, robes, safes, haridryers, irons and ironing boards, digital telephones with auto wake up and voice mail, TV/DVD, Hi-speed internet points, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, superking/califking or queen beds together with spectacular views!

The Villa has a No Children Policy so guests are assured of some peace and quiet whilst realxing around the heated salt water infinity pool. There is a new gym, massage room, steam facility and 2 infinity pools! There are no single or twin rooms available. There are plug adaptors in each room. Laptop rentals are also available.

Rates include full English or continental health breakfasts in the morning on your balcony(weather permitting) or in the dining room. Also included is everyones favorite!....... In the evenings we open our bar and put on a complimentary generous spread of quality wines from our private cellar together with some yummy local delicacies and hors-d'oeuvres. Our guests enjoy mingling with a glass of wine in hand and watching those magnificent southern Atlantic sunsets. . The villa has been featured in several international design magazines.
