Situated across from Table Bay harbour en-route to the West Coast, Atlantic Sunset is a bright, spacious, homely townhouse in Grande Bay, a secure complex. It is privately owned and meticulously cared for. The apartment sleeps 7 people comfortably, has stunning views of Table Mountain and is walking distance to Big Bay beach and a short drive to a number of long white sandy beaches.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is in a fenced complex with security gates at the entrance. Big Bay Beach, (popular with swimmers, surfers and kitesurfers) is a 5 minute walk from the complex. Lifesavers are on duty from December to end of Easter weekend 10h00 - 18h00. Blouberg Beach is 5 minutes drive away…great for jogging, roller blading, kite- and windsurfing. Two shopping centres with access to all essential shopping and a choice of good restaurants are within walking distance.

FIRST FLOOR
• Lounge with 2 couches, TV, video, DSTV (bring your own card) radio / CD player
• Open plan dining area / kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, washing machine and tumble drier, fridge / deep-freeze, toaster, coffee maker and crockery/cutlery for 7 people.
• Large balcony with sun umbrella, 2 x loungers with cushions, table and chairs. View of Table Mountain from balcony
• Portable Q300 gas braai/cooker which can be used in the back garden or balcony.
• Small grassed, back garden
• Guest toilet
• Extra room with single bed and chest of drawers.

SECOND FLOOR
• Queen bedroom with balcony. En-suite bathroom (shower). Stunning views of Table Mountain, Robben Island & Atlantic Ocean. There is a small safe for valuables in the wardrobe.

• Full family bathroom

• Welcome basket with fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits on arrival
• Well behaved pets permitted on request.
• Bed linen and towels provided (also swimming towels).
• For bookings of 5 nights or more, a char will be supplied for one day free of charge.
• Additional cleaning service can be arranged (at extra cost).
