6 Tarlyn Mews \ Accommodation in George

6 Tarlyn Mews is a modern, luxurious self catering unit. It consists of three double bedrooms and sleeps six people. 6 Tarlyn Mews is located in a quiet and safe area in a small security complex. It is very private and is conveniently centrally situated. The nearest shopping complex is only 1km away and the town center only 2.5km. George has a variety of excellent restaurants that are between 1 and 4 km away.

Self Catering Accommodation

The main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom that is connected to the bedroom in an open plan design. The bathroom has a large shower and comfortable bath. The main bedroom is fitted with an air-conditioner. The main bedroom has stunning views of the bordering Kingswood Golf estate and the Outeniqua Mountains.

The other bedrooms each have a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and bath. All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.

Facilities

The house has a very large open plan living area. There is a sunken lounge that is joined in an open plan manner with the dining room. The lounge is very spacious and is furnished with leather couches and leather occasional chairs. A gas fireplace creates a cosy and relaxed atmosphere in the lounge. There is full DSTV in the lounge with an additional feed to the TV in the main bedroom. A DVD player is supplied.

The dining room joins the kitchen and the braai room. It has a large dining table situated centrally to al the other living areas. From here you can communicate with anyone in the lounge, kitchen or braai room. Adjoining to the lounge and separating the lounge form the main bedroom; there is a study with another table as well as a desk. There are great views over the Kingswood Golf Estate and the Outeniqua Mountains from all the living areas. The braai area is enclosed with stacking doors and has a combination gas/wood braai.

The kitchen if fully fitted and there is a gas stove. In the garage there also is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Garaging for 1 vehicle is available. There is however ample safe parking in the driveway for more vehicles or a trailer.

Location

The house is adjacent to the Kingswood Golf Estate and is only 800m from the Kingswood Clubhouse. You can see the Fancourt Links golf course in the distance and the George Golf Club is only 3.5km away. This is the ideal location for the keen golfer.

Being in George, the heart of the Garden Route, you will be able to explore the Garden Route on day trips to Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn.

George is surrounded by lovely beaches such as Herolds Bay and Victoria Bay. There are various hiking trails in the vicinity and the area is ideal for mountain biking. The Montagu Pass is one of the most scenic and popular destinations.
