The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and plenty of dinnerware. A sleeper couch in the living room can accommodate an additional guest or two.

The Double Room faces the garden and offers peace and tranquility. Access is through the main front door of the house. Apart from the comfortable queen size bed and small bathroom en suite (shower & toilet), the room is equipped with flat screen television, tea & coffee station, mini-fridge and desk.

Self Catering Holiday Home - The Whole House
The whole house is available as a holiday home, on a self-catering basis, during local university vacations. It comfortably accommodates 10 people in a total of five double bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The property is not particularly geared for children, but they are very welcome. The two B&B rooms described above are situated on the ground floor along with sitting and dining room and kitchen-cum-family room. The other three bedrooms and three bathrooms are upstairs.
