218 Sovereign Quay is an open-plan, self-catering, loft apartment suitable for up to 4 persons, in a vibrant area close to de Waterkant's Cape Quarter, the city of Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront.

ACCOMMODATION:

218 Sovereign Quay is a loft apartment which is open-plan in an L-shape with no separate bedrooms. There is a double bed, two single beds and a sleeper couch.

The loft apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view of Table Mountain.

There is double security and one needs a security scanner to enter the building from the street, as well as a security scanner to enter each floor. Air phones open the entrance to the building as well as to the second floor. There is a 24 hour security guard on duty outside the building. Underground parking is available at extra cost, otherwise street parking is available.

The loft has a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, hot plate, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a bar counter along the windows with bar stools to seat four persons.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and handbasin, no bath. All linen and towels are supplied, as well as crockery and cutlery and pots and pans. An iron and hairdryer are also supplied as well as a television set, able to swivel to the appropriate position. A CD player is also supplied. The loft has airconditioning.

LOCATION:

Sovereign Quay is situated in the heart of Green Point, extremely close to de Waterkant's Cape Quarter, the city of Cape Town, Greenmarket Square, the Convention Centre and the V&A Waterfront. Sovereign Quay is also close to popular coffee shops, restaurants, cigar bars and night clubs.

The area is extremely vibrant and nightlife is within walking distance.
